@MariusCern When they moved to discord, I moved to; I have the access But it seems chaos. I can't get the same value as it was when it was at slack. So stopped going there

@malpani The more I'm learning about weight loss and diseases, I am realizing that what we need are holistic healthy lifestyle. All others are just fixing symptoms and not the cause. I can't sleep less, drink less water, and be sedentary but expect to operate normally will medications

Unfortunately NAFLD is a silent disease with few or no symptoms and no medicines have been approved to treat NAFLD. Lifestyle choices and food are the only ways to avoid or heal NAFLD.

@LeeLaunches My point is: in life we encounter bullies; be it in corporate jobs or in negotiations in business. Either subtle or explicit. In school (at least in India) kids get exposed to bullies in a controlled environment.

@polyinnovator I do a similar one - interviews + solocast; any reasons for that? For me, it takes a lot of time for interview, editing etc. So having a solocast gives me buffer time. But also I can mix and match the macro themes (interviews) and micro themes (solo);

@SejalSud It is. - Their pay is good (don’t compare with IT folks) - Their promotion criteria is set & clear - Their retirement benefits are great Most compare their monthly salary and say it is less. But if you compare all the benefits over the full lifetime it is great.

Of course tools like Notion gives lot more features and hence power. Use both if needed I think as this: • Obsidian is my notes warehouse • GDocs / Notion etc are private distribution points • Twitter / LinkedIn are public distribution points

Why plain text? As notes are my "2nd brain", I want them in a format that are time & OS transcendent. Text files are. I have notes taken decade earlier (book notes, companies that I invested)
