@KaiBrach Future of jobs is partnership of experts. Trend is already catching up in govt and startups. With remote working this is only going to increase. So yes, freelancing makes sense from that pov. I talk about it here more: or read:
@behaviorgap Interesting arrangement (Bishop) you have in your church (probably that is how it was in early church). What denomination is it? I have not heard such arrangment so far.
@coreyhainesco Why do evil men excel in advertising and marketing? Are you aware of examples of the positivity and good like the Marlboro Man?
@gayatrikl The latest trend is, "I don't know a thing about this, but I've my opinion" - whether it is vaccine, covid, bitcoin, gender equality, castism ....
@ramakumarr @livemint This is news. I thought one dose of Sputnik is sufficient enough
@amandanat @GeoffTRoberts 3) I worked hard to get to where I am. But along the way, so many hands helped me. It is only fair to pay it forward. I share what I know. It is up to you to put that to practice and move forward.
@KyrHarp @jsparkblog I like that. Yes he is Twitter's Chaplin
@patkua I liked that you digged deeper into "why it is a problem" What I liked? - slow is not safe - easily scannable - well explained with diagram
@Singh1986K @sumitdrew @varungrover Absolutely. Good luck my friend. Keep pushing the boundaries.
@Singh1986K @sumitdrew @varungrover It is easier to make a dollar than a rupee. That is how stakes are set.
@arvidkahl If you like to hear it, it is here Blow your trumpet, every time, everywhere
@arvidkahl If you don’t blow your trumpet, there is no music:
@sureshsambandam Don't write him off Suresh. He is a tefflon guy. There is still no strong opposition which can garner all the dillusion into electoral votes.
@PranayKarnawat I recently started "Gravitas WINS" a podcast for leaders: . Gravitas is about having competence and confidence in a manner to attract people towards you. In each episode I explore building gravitas.
@jsparkblog Most early scientists were believers. They were guided by It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings - Prov 25:2 Then church became a controlled institution.
@AndrewWHacks @arvidkahl Yes I took that from Ray Edwards. Credited him in the post.
@vimoh Politicians fear apathy, not bad press. The more our press write about him, he will do the same act more.
@arvidkahl I use a framework called PASTOR to think about any offering (product / service / course) • Problem • Audience • Scenarios • Transformation • Offer • Reward If you get these correct, you'll avoid failure. More here:
@ravdeepsodhi Those applicable across ages, domains, and time periods
@mondalsudipto “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” ― Edmund Burke Thank you for speaking out.
@Ikefmiller Thank you for setting the context Ike
@divanshuarora So yes, the techies will think they can solve the world's problems with their bits and bytes without understanding the underlying problems. They will only make the world even worse.
@divanshuarora This is happening and going to happen - software is eating the world. But there are implications. Like how it is happening now in India about vaccination. India vaccinated entire population on polio w/o software. Now CoWIN is an added burden to the population
@marshallk Thank you @marshallk
@marshallk As of now, I'm learning about podcasts and facilitating virtual meetings. So going deeper into them. I dig deeper into something for 12 weeks. Then I move to a newer topic.
@KeaganStokoe I concur. I conduct weekly webinar sessions. When I start to create slides, I will have an outline and a fair idea of what is going to be in each slide. But as I start creating ideas start to flow in. Most often I end up with better slides than I started.
@ravdeepsodhi I wasn't ready with my pitch even after 2 weeks 😀
@DanySaysItAloud It is the same belief that a lion won't eat them because they are vegetarians
@rochakchauhan Agree to that Rochak. That is a good model for companies and even independent consultants; but is that a good model for building a career for employees? 🤔
@SamiInBirdApp @brandonthezhang This is my learning framework: Consume, Produce, Engage :
@rochakchauhan thinking about this. Mimicking Google is possible for companies / independent consultants. Is it possible for employees? What can they give for free? Do you mean a OSS repo?
@rochakchauhan Coming up next ...😜
@indo_christian Would love to hear more on this (I have read the 2 part series you wrote).
@joshuaanderton @Pocket when it was launched
@SejalSud Good luck. You shud start.
@SejalSud These are the books I am reading now. Brilliant Mistakes Sovereign Individual Both comes highly recommended
@rochakchauhan You need to do both. It depends on where you are on the production stage and the audience.
@beastoftraal @jackerhack all of the above: It is pitiless, humourless, and clueless, lashing out periodically to give us the impression of control and purpose.
@adamstjohn @davidburden Looking forward to it @adamstjohn
@CalmAchiever @fortelabs @alycosta Good luck Ali. And thanks for sharing these details
@coreyhainesco @threadreaderapp unroll
@rochakchauhan Every solution is contextual. So yes, it is not for everyone. But life is not in the balance. It is in the imbalance.
@austinschless Can you please explain how CK enables this? Mailchimp has notes for every contact. You can write whatever you want in it.
Principles are the opposite. They determine whether you thrive or fade away. Let me tell you what happens you know the fundamental principles of your field, in the next tweet 👇
What is on the surface, like tools and processes, churn faster. If you want to last longer in a field with respect, focus on fundamental principles governing it.
A man came to Ogilvy wanting to advertise the opening of his hotel. He had just $500. Ogilvy bought $500 worth of postcards and sent invitations to everybody he found in the local telephone directory. The hotel opened with a full house.
