"Saying no" should be against a set priorities. Otherwise you'll say no depending on feelings. I would say no to talking to people because I was an introvert and didn't feel like talking to people.
Figuring out what is "important and non-urgent" is difficult. •eating on time • exercise • spending time with family when you are young, these don't look like important; only when you age, you realize how important these are
