@shantanugoel @pankaj013 Hyperlocal nationalism. I expected this to happen because of Hindi imposition and Indian nationalism at center. We might even see, "Take Blr back again from aliens" type of even bigger hyperlocal nationalism coming up soon.

@_zenman Probably Rahul D has more spine than Sachin too. ST might be a good player but as an overall role model it is def Rahul Dravid

In reply to @SejalSud

@SejalSud @kritarthmittal @Obsidian @NotionHQ - Obsidian follows "files over app" concept, which means the content you create stays with you no matter what happens to the app. Apps come and go; they change their pricing models; they don't work in new OS etc. In FOA model, you have the content always. Important, if you put in…

@finereli @radshaan Agree with Eli. Unless you are an academic, learning philosophy for its own sake it useless. Literally, the terms means, "love of wisdom". So go after wisdom in the things you pursue. - What is the philosophy of investing of Buffett - What is the philosophy of life of Naval…

In reply to @artbur9000

@artbur9000 @mkhundmiri It is not that Indian entrepreneurs lack creativity - There are products from Zoho to FreshDesk which are global products. - Competing in social media space is tough. Even platforms backed by pmarc (clubhouse) and naval fails. - Koo sided with RW and that alienated rest of…

@anasalhajji As Indian EAM said: Europe continues to think it's problems are world's problems. Europe needs to come out of their "we are mighty" thinking.

@sajithpai This is the model FB and others tried with their "Free phone" model. Even now all social media sites try with their own walled gardens - FB, Twitter, LinkedIn ... Thankfully @jackerhack & others fought to keep web open in India. Centralization is good for certain entities. For…

After using @upnote_app for few more days, I think it is definitely the replacement for evernote. Few more features I would love to have: • block level linking (link to a heading within a note) • set custom title to a link (ex: [[link|diff title]] • ability to set date format…

@Sundeep2301 @manishasinghal India has standing committees which has members from every party and grill CEOs and secretaries of ministries. The sessions are not publicized, but they do happen (have witnessed few of them).

In reply to @Anirudh_Agrawal

@Anirudh_Agrawal @madversity @kaushikcbasu Thank you Anirudh ji. As I said we should embrace everything that augments our laborers. Anything that reduces stress, injury, and increases productivity should be welcomed and introduced into our work. Unfortunately, bizs are still fighting on cost rather than on value.

In reply to @Anirudh_Agrawal

@Anirudh_Agrawal @madversity @kaushikcbasu As in everything to do with tech, anything that augments labor and eases their work we should embrace. Most Indian biz men look at tech as automation to replace labor. That's where problems start to come in.

@_zenman @SauravDassss Push the boundaries of "decorum" and if fails, issue statements. Rinse & Repeat to find new borders of decorum. If he would've issued this during election it would've been a different issue.

@srajagopalan - Nobody got fired for buying IBM; same here. Nobody wanted to get fired by saying BJP could lose or won't get majority - They got used to Modi getting his way for 10 years. They couldn't imagine an alternative – Most news anchors mostly sit in AC rooms in Delhi. Went on trips…

@nutanc > Your confidence in LLMs solving business problems is inversely proportional to the time you spent using an LLM for solving business problems. Content authors, public speakers are lot more confident of employing LLMs to solve biz problems than those who regularly try.

@_zenman @rishabhm I am afraid this will set a bad precedent. Now there will be outrage for everything that will have long term bad consequences. Remember the public outrage of corruption in 2013-14? 10 years on nothing is proven. But we are in a bad place. Point is: Public offices are supposed…
