All answers in the thread are wrong. It needs boldness at the very top to do this. Though it has been done in a siloed manner earlier - Metro, MCA21, Aadhar are few examples.

You can ridicules as much you want. The question is are you connecting with your readers and constituents? English phrases and words get redefined often. And we have our own Indian way of using queen’s English. May be “man of letters” is getting redefined.
