Well I started in Jan to jog for 5k. But I didn't keep it up. I also couldn't jog 5k. So I gave up at that time. Picked it up this month again. Started with 1k jog and increased 10% every second day. Here I am. Today jogged 4k and walked 1k.

Inspired by @munishjauhar, my next steak is going to be jogging 5k for 100 days. Started today.
