When companies demand more and more work for the same amount of pay, employees will cut corners and it will show up in the delivery. Bosses can yell at the workers. It won't change. Treat them well. Pay them more.
We place far too much emphasis on engineering at the expense of art and literature. When you read literature: • your empathy grows • you know opposing views • you fight for helpless • you get good at storytelling • your moral compass sharpens
Have you read "The psychology of money"? Then pick up "Just keep buying" by Nick Maggiulli (@dollarsanddata). If psychology of money was about "mindset of handling money", then just keep buying is "hands of handling money". It teaches you practical steps and ways.
