Was feeling low that taxes are high in India and lot of HNIs are leaving India. Then came across this video: Apparently things are so bad in the UK that HNs there are leaving too. Now don't feel so sad.

Hearing many HNIs are moving to Dubai, mainly for tax benefits. Everyone I've spoken to there say that they all live much better than what they were in India. Most HNIs have moved out. Govt keep taxing whoever are left out.
Attended a tax planning session. I learnt: • too many changes coming too fast that even tax planners can't keep track • skip tax planning if you can't pay hefty to tax planners • no one dares to say it out loud: Indians are taxed like Europeans and get benefits like Afghans
