There is no shortage of great ideas. I'm sure you've many such ideas in your "digital brain". None of those ideas matter. The ideas that changed my life are those that I took action. Even a small action. Here are examples of such ideas:

With psychological safety, trust blossoms not just between individuals but throughout the entire team. Team members feel comfortable challenging ideas, taking risks, and admitting mistakes. This foster creativity, innovation, and learning.

We are sitting in a small table. You can put all our apple products in this table. But this year our revenue will be $18B. It is easy to add. Hard to edit. Do only those things where you have leverage.

These front-end frameworks are supposed to help us go faster. Rather they slow us down. Why I prefer minimal frameworks (and mostly backend langs like #golang)

Tolerance # Eqaulity Tolerance = I own this place but out of largeness of heart I will give space to you to do things you want as long you don’t do what I don’t want you to do. I can change anytime. Equality = we are all equal before the law we have agreed.

This is one my favourite “inspiration” video. Life is short. Do things you love to do.

Philosophy → Secrets → Unfair advantage. Never thought that way. But coming to think of it, it makes sense. Why learning philosophy is important in life.

Met someone I coached 3 years back. He walked up to me in a conference and introduced himself. Now he has setup two IT companies. EU & UN are his clients. Said my mentoring was part of his success. Feels good to hear that. Now I know how teachers feel.
