This is governance. Practical, useful education being part of the curriculum. This will change everyone's ability to respond to emergencies. We may not be able to predict or prevent emergencies. But surely we will be better prepared to handle them.
As @rishabhgarian mentioned, we also have to be careful about people who are "transparent". They might be transparent in one area to hide faults in another area. Nice point.

When you read (or listen) practitioners, you realise there are common underlying principles behind running a successful business. What @patrickbetdavid says in this book is similar to what @bhorowitz, @ricardosemler, and @garyvee says, because they are practitioners
