Key for that is to understand that there is a human on the other side of the keyboard.
Talk abt their pain points rather than talking abt you
Immerse yourself where your audiences are - FB groups, Reddit, LinkedIn
Be one of them and understand their pain points.
You can use content to shape your company’s culture.
Start an internal newsletter. Talk abt out your company’s goals, point of view of your industry etc for your employees
